Poster 1 - Toby and the
Treasure Chest from The Doofuzz
Dudes Rescue Moondar
At that
exact moment they all heard a clanking sound as his trowel hit the top
of something metallic.
“I reckon I know what it is. It’s a treasure chest,” he shouted.
They all dug excitedly at the earth with their bare hands.
“Look, it’s a metal chest!” Toby shouted. “It really is a
treasure chest.”

Poster 2 - the Hawthork from The Doofuzz
Dudes and the Princess Detector
In the Spell Book under ‘Hawthork’ was the picture of a
magnificent bird
with glowing purple and pink plumage. Each wing was as
wide as a slippery dip, and just as strong. The Hawthork wore
goggles which were for night flying. The goggles also helped
it to see through thick mists and fog. On its back was a saddle
which had several seats in a row with room for quite a few
passengers.

Poster 3 - the Moon Tree from The Doofuzz
Dudes and the Babbling Bottles
The Spell Book was brought out and Toby
thumbed through it.
“It says here the only way to travel back in time is through
the Moon Tree. At midnight, on the night of a full moon, a
portal in the tree opens. The tree can travel back to any time
but it will only remain there for twenty four hours before it
must return to the present.”

Poster 4 - One of the
Biter Trees
“Oh Snapping Horrors,” moaned Zarundok. “Not another obstacle.” He
looked really dejected and Toby asked him what
was wrong. “Biters are the worst sort of trees. They’re a pest
and they’re very dangerous. They bite and hit anyone passing through.
It’s almost impossible to get through the Biter Forest
without suffering serious injury.”

Poster 5 - The Black Pearl
of Laramoth
As if by magic, the water disappeared, and the sea horses galloped on
paved streets. Around them were the most delightful houses, straight
from a picture book. The houses were pink, mauve and light blue, and
seemed to be made of sugar. They were all strung with little coloured
lights. Huon felt like he was a character in a fairy story.
Finally, the sea horses stopped in front of a large white building.
“This is Shah Shane’s palace,” announced Zarundok.
As he spoke, the massive doors of the palace were thrown open and a
little man with a large red moustache raced out. “Have you brought the
Black Pearl of Laramoth?” he screamed at them.

Poster 6 - Zarundok
The book fell open on the cave floor and many more little
men and women jumped out of the pages. They somersaulted
through the air and landed on their knees in front of Toby.
There were soon at least one hundred of the little people, all
only reaching up to Toby’s shoulders. The last one to jump
out of the book was a man with long grey hair and a long
wispy beard. He was wearing a purple cloak and carrying a
staff.The man dressed
differently from the rest stepped forward...
“My name is Zarundok, and I’m Chief
Justice of the Moondarians, and you, Toby, are our king."

Poster 7 - The Spiny
Hopperlox
“So, what are we going to do now, Zarundok?” asked Tom.
“The first thing we have to do is hire some Spiny Hopperloxes. It’s
quite a dangerous journey through the forest and they’re the only safe
way to travel.”
“I’m not going to sit on a spiny anything!” shrieked Jared. “I sat on a
spiny sea urchin at the beach last year, and my bottom got infected and
...”
Zarundok cut him off in midstream. “Don’t worry, the Spiny Hopperloxes
have retractable spines. They only bring out their spines when they’re
under threat of being attacked. The passengers are protected by a Hizoon
leather saddle, so they’re perfectly safe. Nothing can penetrate Hizoon
leather.”
